NTPC Diploma Trainee Recruitment Exam 2013 is scheduled to be held on 17th November, 2013 and this article is being written to help you prepare for this written selection test. It tells you what is the pattern of NTPC Diploma Trainee Exam and provides you the Sample Papers & Prep Books for the same. NTPC written exam for selection of Diploma Trainees consists of 120 questions to be answered in 120 minutes (i.e. 2-hour). The exam consists of two parts:
Part-I: Subject Knowledge Test: This is specific to your discipline Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering.
Part-II: Aptitude Test: Common for all disciplines. You can find the section-wise pattern of NTPC Diploma Trainee Exam in the table at right.
There is negative marking in this NTPC exam: 1/4th mark for each wrong answer.
